I purchased 12.24 kwh panels with 40 kwh sigenergy battery and John Oskay from Nova energy was nominated by the seller as installer. John and his team arrived to commence the work on time as promised and went about doing it by interacting with me through the process. I was kept informed of the progress and any issues that were likely to impact the original proposal by the seller. All material that was required did not arrive on time and John (for no fault of his) had to reschedule the installation. I requested a commitment of rescheduled date and John gave rescheduled the installation next day. The work was completed to my satisfaction. The external inspection was completed within a week and my system is up and running. I will recommend John and Nova to anyone.
