I arranged 3P Solar to install a 10klw solar system in March 2024 & that was provided at a very competitive price of I which I was very pleased with, as I wanted to further improve my electrical efficiency I decided to install a solar battery, I again went to 3P solar as I was happy with previous solar panel install, 3P Solar provided another very competitive price for a 19.2lkw Sungrow solar battery system, this was completed on 20/11/2025, the electrical installer was very efficient & informative throughout the whole process & now I am just waiting for inspection to enable me to turn on & save further on my electricity, The whole process was arranged without any fuss or issue by 3P Solar & they followed up once completed, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending 3P Solar to anyone looking at installing a solar system/battery, if comparing via compare websites make sure you include 3P Solar while comparing, you will not be disappointed. I usually like to wait until I give a review, so I waited until the solar was installed and working and this review comes from a support perspective. Once everything installed and if you have an issue with your solar, that's when you can properly review their service based on how quickly they respond to issues. I can say that 3P (Noah) was quick to respond and had helped troubleshoot and fix any issues I had when my solar was down. I'd highly recommend based on the service provided, the installation was quick, and one month into it, when I had a concern they were quick to provide support. Highly recommend.

We had solar panels and a battery installed by 3P Solar and are very happy with the end result. The installation and commissioning process took about six weeks from start to finish. The workmanship and onsite customer service was great. Communication could have been better, as there seemed to be a disconnect between the scheduling team and installation contractors. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd recommend them.

My experience with 3P Solar was overall a very positive one. They were willing to negotiate on the price, were quite good with their communications, and the deposit was small with the final payment made after the actual installation. The only negative was that based on my initial discussion with the salesperson, I was under the impression that I was being quoted for a battery with the backup function. However, upon further discussion later down the track I was told that it didn't. The written invoice that I was sent actually didn't include this in it, so technically I was in the wrong. But I definitely asked the salesperson about it and he confirmed that the battery had the backup capability. I should have read the invoice thoroughly. As a result the price was increased by around $1000 just prior to installation to add the back up capability. Just remember to check the invoice details carefully when you receive it. Installers were fantastic and I would recommend 3P SOLAR
