From the very first quote, the team took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me choose the right system for my needs. Their communication was excellent, and every step of the process felt smooth and stress-free. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and showed great attention to detail. They respected my property, kept everything tidy, and made sure I understood how the system works before they left. New solar system - panels and battery - installed, good service since beginning explaining process how will be installed, providing different brand options and capacity of the battery for the best usage, salesman Dan, Manager Mohammed and installers were amazing with their customer service skills, final inspection done by third party company and ticked all the boxes confirming that installation was done properly, highly recommended

⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4-Star Review I had a mixed experience with this installation. On the positive side, Mohammad Kibra, the sales manager, was outstanding — proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to resolving issues even after the sale was complete. Michelle, who coordinated the post-installation roof sealing, also did a great job ensuring the follow-up was handled properly. Unfortunately, the initial installers were not as reliable. When I asked whether the roof penetrations had been reinstated and sealed with silicone for weatherproofing, they assured me it had been done. That turned out to be false — the penetrations were left unsealed, and I had to escalate the issue to get it fixed. One installer even asked me to leave a 5-star review for his personal account, which I did at the time based on his word. In hindsight, that misrepresentation was disappointing and undermines trust. Additionally, the installers did not appear to have a solid understanding of how the Sigenergy gateway should function or how it interacts with the Sigenstor battery. This led to confusion during commissioning and required further support to resolve. Overall, the company did follow through and rectify the issues, thanks to the efforts of the sales and coordination team. I’d advise future customers to double-check critical installation details and ensure technical understanding before signing off.

GES has installed a battery for my house. These days the stock is limited and due to this, there were some delays which I guess can happen very commonly with any company. Eventually the battery was installed and I am overally very happy with the outcome. I recommend GES energy.
