Enviroshop Newstead was very helpful. We had thought that we'd need to install more solar panels, but they showed us that we didn't need to; and that repacing our gas hot water with a heat pump HWS would provide us with hot water for virtually nothing. And they were quite right! We will very happily take their advice, and use their services, again.

The people at the EnviroShop in Newstead have always provided me with all the information I've asked for, well before I ever bought anything from them. So when I was ready to buy it was a no brainer to go to the EnviroShop and I am not disappointed. Frank came to my home to inspect the roof and gage exactly how many panels and which orientation suited best for my system. He and the team organised everything, keeping me informed about every step. The two fabulous electricians/installeres who arrived exactly on time had the job mostly completed on day 1 when the heat finally beat them (it was a 37* day and I thought they should have knocked off earlier). They were back the next day bright eyed and bushy tailed, on time and completed the job in a couple of hours, before giving me a complete rundown on how the system operated and how to set up the App (yes an App) to check my production, consumption and feed in all in the palm of my hand. I can't recommend the EnviroShop highly enough, they ROCK!

Enviro shop conducted an audit on our house, with particular emphasis on electricity usage. We had received some money and were spending it on carbon neutralising the house. Amongst many useful recommendation Enviro Shop also assisted us in installing a battery to add to our solar panels. The battery has now been operational for a couple of months and we are still getting used to it (for example optimal time to turn on appliances). Yet our most recent electricity bill is more than 50% less than the previous, and we anticipate the reduction being stronger as we enter warmer months with extended sunshine. We also now have a backup for when mains power goes down. The app in our phone is also great, helping us balance usage (such as heaters in cold weather), or the fun in watching the spike when the kettle is turned on. All up we are very happy with our installation.

Impressive Technical advice & discussion. Excellent quality installation by installers. Enviroshop personnel are patient and respectful who provide honest, thorough & competent services. They have provided me a range of installations Inc hot water heat pump system coupled to my solar system and I look forward to the next journey together to enhance my renewable energy goals of self sufficiency as much as is practicable. Our next project together I expect will be installation of battery back up system to fully integrate with the other renewable energy installations her at home.
