Thank you to Charles, Matt and the whole team for the professional advice and installation of additional solar panels and new battery system. Their quality work was carried out efficiently, under trying weather conditions. Paperwork (various government incentives) dealt with seamlessly. Any questions and requests answered promptly and courteously. Couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend 100%. These guys know what they're doing and after hearing various horror stories about other installations by "competitors" we are so glad that we were recommended Central Spark.

We got really tremendous service from Matt. We had a problem getting power from the back up generator in our off grid system. With a few overcast days forecasted we were facing running out of power. We recently had an 8 kw solar system with a 6kw inverter and a 7.5 kw battery installed. This was to replace our 2 kw system which was installed in 2008. We have been on the premium tariff which of course finishes up on the 2nd November (67c kw) but in the 6 weeks since we had the system installed we have saved over $800. We barely use any electricity from the grid as the battery kicks in at 3pm when the peak rate starts, but it is not all about the tariff. We are so happy with the service from Central Spark, they worked hard for 3 days , removed our old aging system and installed the new one. The advice we received from Paul was spot on. I would highly recommend this company!
