Direct NRG

Alex kept us informed on how the battery was to be fitted and when the electrician would be doing it it was not an easy installation but we are very happy with the quality of the job. The performance of the 20 kW battery has been wonderful. We couldn't ask for a better solution for our power needs in an all electric house thankyou Direct NRG.

I would like to say what a wonderful job Alex and the Team at Direct NRG have done with the installation of my new 10.2kw panels with Solax inverter and 26.4kw battery system. Not only were they reasonably priced but the installation contractor was exceptional. I found the whole process easy and Alex’s knowledge and expertise was great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to install both Solar and battery system.

Super efficient, responsive to all my questions, and handled coordination between delivery and the electrician seamlessly. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. I would highly recommend Alex. The only down fall is, I now have 12 solar panels to get rid of at cost of $20 per panel. Government might give incentives to upgrade they don’t cover recycling of old solar panels.

Alex @ NRG sold me a SOLAX 20 Kw 3 Three Phase Solar Battery for my 4.2 Kw of Panel's Home/Workshop Cottage Style Industry at a compatible price. Exellent Job by Electrical Contractors, Stuart + Brock Collons from O'Brien's Electrical Geelong, who agreed to my requests doing an amazing job in positioning it for safety and neatness out of site behind my workshop as opposed to in my Visitor Carpark with Safety Bollards as reccomended for ease by the salesman behind my switchboard but very seen. I recently had a47 KWH 10kw Solax battery and hybrid inverter installed by Direct NRG. The whole process was smooth and impressive from start to finish. In what is currently a very busy market, the lead time was excellent — it only took three weeks from sign-up to installation. On the day, the team carried out the work with meticulous care and attention to detail, leaving me very confident in the quality of their installation. Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the service and workmanship from Direct NRG and their subcontractors, and I would highly recommend them.

Alex from Direct Nrg is very helpful to me. His contractor is doing a fantastic job. The installation was completed on September 1st 2025. The inspector checked the inverter & the switch board on September 3rd 2025. The system is running well now. I am very happy with their services.
