I had a fantastic experience with Pure Sun Solar. From start to finish they were extremely professional and easy to deal with. I ordered a battery system in late November, and the team worked incredibly hard to juggle schedules and fit my installation in Rostrevor on 20th December, just before Christmas and ahead of the federal rebate changes. Even without any formal contract in place, they gave me their word that if the install couldn’t be completed before 2026 and the rebate changed, they would honour the quoted price and absorb the difference themselves. Who does that these days? It really showed that a gentleman’s word still means something at this company. There were a few minor teething issues after installation, but Pure Sun Solar continuously monitored the system remotely and came back to get everything running exactly as it should. Their follow-up and commitment didn’t stop once the system was installed. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and the service I received. Thank you to the entire team — you’ve truly set the bar high.
