Freedom have made good on their product and amended my previous issues so ive amended my previous review to reflect the total customer experience. They miss sell products by heavily exaggerating what you will receive from their products. We were promised a large reduction in our billing and our $5k system is essentially worthless. God awful inverter technology with awful app that you can't connect to. The only member of staff that actually responds has now left the company so good luck getting a response. Avoid.
