We had a large Ecogenica split-system heat pump hot water system installed in May 2024. It has worked like a dream, and it allowed us to finally disconnect for the gas network. The reason I am writing this review now is that we have just got a solar panel / battery system, and I was trying to work out if there was a remote control for our system so we could change the heating times. By default, the heating happened between 0400 and. 0600, but we wanted to take advantage of cheap middle of the day rates. I rang accredited power / Ecogenica a week ago. The person I spoke to had an engineer ring me back within minutes. Our model did not have a remote control or a control panel, but the engineer organized for someone to install install a separate control panel for us the next day, at no cost. This is amazing after sales service. And as said above, the system itself has been great.

Installed our Ecogenica water heat pump today. The plumbers were very good; they installed it nice and neatly. They are friendly people, and after the installation, they will explain everything you need to know. When it comes to Louis, the agent from Accredited Power Saver, he will help you with everything and keep you updated. My family and I are happy with the installation. Thanks, guys!

I came across accredited power through a facebook ad for my hot water system . I wanted to go with a heat pump and the process was smooth. I was a bit hesitant initially as they are not loca( I live in NSW)l, but decided to try. I went with Haeir 250L heatpump which they had to order. I was fine with delay as it is summer and no urgent hot water requirements. The plumber and electrician came on the scheduled date and did an excellent job. After 10 days of installation no issues so far.

Takes a bit for me to give 5 star review. Am a business owner and pride myself on customer service myself. Accredited power had their installers come and my wife was home to allow access. She is pregnant and they gave her cold drinks instead of the other way around. Very professional and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants professional service that’s also so easy to deal with. Can’t give them enough props for how they dealt with everything

Thanks accredited power for a no fuss installation of our hot water heater. We changed from gas to electric. Your plumbers and electricians were very efficient and courteous and your customer team very friendly and always there to help even with a payment plan on my request. Tradesman were courteous and helpful. Job was done swiftly. Happy with the placement and appearance of the appliance. Unhappy that I was left to set up the wifi and app functions. No explanation on when to run it and for how long. Very disappointed in that I have been left to deal with the huge cardboard box and other packaging!
