Excellent experience from start to completion. Delighted with system - Sigenergy. A solar system is more than just the hardware - its a complex system and need to be designed and installed well and that happened perfectly with my install. Had great design advice and discussion with regards options and cost. Install date and times were well organised and the team kept to those arrangements. Install team (Adam, Ethan & Alex) were keen and a pleasure to be around. They worked hard and were responsive to a couple of tweaks that I requested. Install went to plan - a minor issue arose due to some odd aspects our house hold wiring - Adam quickly identified issue and resolved matters. Install was very neat and the team conveyed a sense of pride in the signature (the install) they were leaving behind. Summary - Solar plus batteries is a big spend - I think I got my choice of system and installers exactly right. Note: The Sigenergy app is excellent... but far too addictive!! Highly recommended – professional from start to finish I had Sunshine State Solar install my Anker Solix X1 battery system, and the experience from start to finish was excellent. From the initial engagement through to quoting, scheduling and install, the communication was clear and professional. Timelines were met, follow-up was strong, and the whole process felt well organised and easy to deal with. The installation team were outstanding — polite, respectful, and clearly proud of their work. The install itself went smoothly, and when there was a minor hiccup on the day, it was resolved quickly and professionally. Everything has been running perfectly since. I was also really impressed with the quality of the finish, including the safety rails used — a thoughtful touch that looks far better than the temporary solutions you often see elsewhere. Overall, a great experience and a quality outcome. I’ve already referred Sunshine State Solar to friends and contacts and would happily recommend them to anyone considering solar or battery storage. 9/10 – great job and thank you to the whole team.

I purchased my PV system from Sunshine State Solar and Storage about one to two years ago, and my experience has been excellent so far. The installation process was smooth, and the system has been performing reliably. Their after-sales support has also been outstanding — the team has been responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with whenever assistance was required. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would happily recommend them.

The company was great to deal with and the guys who installed Alex and Adam were absolutely 5 star. They were in the area already the day before and as they finished the previous job early they called me and asked if they can start the day before. Overall I'm happy with the install particularly with the installation team. They provided good communication throughout the install and seeked advisory where required to ensure the result aligns with my expectations. Pre-sales speed was quick and timely, responses and quotation was provided and updated quickly. Post-sales queries and updates before installation was a very average experience with slow responses and updates to the existing order, but at the end all issues were resolved. Did not get the referral bonus despite bringing it up a few times and checking that it was applied to my order, however overall the competitive pricing makes up for this. Installation job was neat and the crew cleaned up the site, and post installation documentation was provided including user and maintenance manual developed by Sunshine State Solar. This wasn't something I had with my previous installer so this was a strong positive. I would recommend this installer based on installation quality and competitive pricing, but I would highly advise your quote be final with everything you need plus future proofing as changes post signing will not be easy to manage.
