Cannot recommend this company highly enough for honesty, integrity and customer service. After purchasing our first solar system from John and Gloria from Sunjuice Solar for our new home 11years ago we had an inverter issue after 3 years. I called the office and within 72 hours it was replaced. No warranty hoops to jump through. Two days before Christmas in 2024 while I was away with work the PV switch blew on the side of the house. I called the office again and dealt with Craig (who now manages the business). Once again a crew was dispatched to investigate the matter. We required a new inverter which was installed inside a week during the holiday season. All I can say is that this company has earned our ongoing support for our solar needs due to their professionalism and customer service.

Hi. Craig and his team do know their stuff. I spent many weeks researching everything and had a install of 20kw. Everything was explained to me not once but quite a few times. I made my decisions and there were a few things I wasn't sure about. All these things once again were explained to me in detail. It's so pleasant to deal with people who know their business to the smallest details. Craig was helpful, honest, and answered all our questions. Compering with other companies we believe we got a great quality for a great price, working now for several months with no problems. Also, the Customer Handover Documentation Set booklet contains a lots of useful information how solar works. Great stuff. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

When Craig entered our home to give us a quote, he didn't go straight into selling us his product, we just chatted about different things, very impressed. Craig explained in detail what would be best for us, including the cost of installation, how long it would take, and when it could be installed. At no time did we feel pressured to go ahead with it either. We signed up that afternoon. The day our panels were installed the guys explained everything to us, the job took two days and upon completion the guys explained the system to us. Would definitely recommend Sunjuice Solar to everyone.
