We’ve just had our solar system, heat pump, and batteries installed by Solahart Hervey Bay, and although it was a long process, we got there in the end — and we’re very happy with the result. Our journey started back in November 2025 when we first obtained our quote. Not only was the deal competitive, but we even tried using it to see if any other local competitors could match or beat it. No one came close, which gave us confidence we were making the right choice. Due to stock shortages, our installation date ended up being around three months later. While that felt like a long wait at the time, it turned out to be worth it. On install day, the team arrived early and worked non‑stop for around 6–7 hours to get everything up and running. Their work ethic was impressive, especially considering the amount of equipment being installed. The end result speaks for itself — the system looks great, the install is neat and clean, and everything has been operating smoothly so far. It’s a big investment, but it’s already proving to be a smart one for our home. A big thank you to the installation team for their guidance on the day, and to Sue, who took many of our calls throughout the process and helped keep everything moving. Amazing service from start to finish ! The sales guy answered all our questions and gave us solutions to combine our current system with the new, Sue the scheduler was fantastic as we had to delay installation a few times after cyclone Alfred, and Sue was extremely accommodating in working with us and pushing the installation date, the team that came to install the new system were on time, very professional and polite and led us through the process from start to finish explaining all we needed to know about our new system, they had the job done in less than half a day ! the whole experience was fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending solahart Hervey Bay to anyone, thx again guy's!!
