Solargain Hervey Bay

This was the second time we’ve used Solargain Hervey Bay. They installed our solar system 18 months ago, and when our hot water system recently died, we went straight back to them. From initial contact, to sales, through to installation, the team has been incredibly efficient and professional. Everything was handled smoothly and without stress. We can’t recommend Solargain highly enough!

Make a promise and then over deliver, can’t complain about that! Solargain were thorough from beginning to end. Steven arrived on time, as arranged for the quote, with no guesswork involved, he made a full inspection of our two story home, already had print outs if our homes configuration, asked heaps of questions and made good observations and suggestions. Solargain delivered their very competitively priced Solar system ahead of schedule, the installers were efficient, respectful of us and our home and friendly. Start to finish fantastic! Steve was one of multiple salespeople we met with to discuss our Solar needs. Everything just clicked and his honest, open, and genuine approach earned our business. We were sold on using his company and their products (even though they were not the cheapest option we were presented with). The whole experience proves that quality products and good old-fashioned service from a company that keeps its promises always beats any saving based on cost alone. The office staff are lovely to deal with and so efficient! The installers and electricians are prompt, hardworking and friendly! Top job fellas! Collectively the team’s knowledge was exemplary. We cancelled a contract with another company as the communication was dreadful and their failure to deliver 3 months beyond the specified date. We are so glad we found Solargain instead. Professional and incredibly friendly from the get go. The team has just this minute finished our install on the agreed date at the agreed time. I've been in construction for 15 years and these guys are without doubt, the friendliest, cleanest, hardest working, most respectful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We're actually kind of sad it's over. Even our dog Stanley is looking around for them! Miss you guys and I'm baking cake if you want to drop in.
