It’s rare to find a team so knowledgeable and so committed to delivering a first-class experience. The installer did an incredible job as well. The workmanship was second to none thorough, precise, and carried out with real pride. Everything was unboxed, installed perfectly, and all rubbish was removed, leaving the space spotless. My experience with Solar Masters was positive overall. I got a better deal than was available elsewhere. Joy was extremely responsive to my questions. There was some extra electrical work required on the day that was not in the quote, which Solar Masters took care of. And the installer we had was fantastic.

I wanted to leave a review specifically to recognise Kiara at Solar Masters, who provided exceptional customer service throughout our entire enquiry process. Kiara was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain the system options, answered all of our questions patiently, and was proactive in following up. Her communication was excellent and she genuinely made the process easy and stress-free. It is rare to come across someone so professional and customer-focused. In the end, we decided to proceed with another installer purely because they were more competitive on price for a very similar system. That decision was not a reflection on Kiara’s service in any way and if anything, her support made Solar Masters the only other strong contender. I was a bit worried in the beginning as Solar Masters communications were not as good as what I was hoping for, I had to ask a lot of questions and mostly only got verbal replies, but once my queries were sorted out the process went very well. From quote to installation of my 30kWH 'ESY Sunhome' battery was only about 3 weeks! The local installation contractor Terry Russell, was a very experienced and helpful electrician who did an excellent job, did more than I expected and made sure I understood the app, the switchboard and the battery. The price was good and the job ended up exactly what I expected.

Edit: The manager (Vivek) of the solar company called and promised this will be fixed by the installer. The company is not at fault, but the installer. The solar panel and the deal that they provided, is very competitive, I will give them 5 stars. Once the panel is installed that is the hardest part calling them for after sales service. They installed the solar panel and within 3 months back in Feb 25, when it rained, the water leaked and damaged the ceiling of a brand-new house, the company fixed the roof, but now the roof has voided the warranty that I had with the roofer. The company is blaming the installer and telling me to chase them for the ceiling repairs; I paid the company the money and not the installer. Its November 25 now, and the company is not taking responsibility, referring me to the installer again and again, and the Installer is in the same boat ignoring messages and text sent to him. The installer is telling me to pay for the repairs and that he will reimburse me, but then he does not send me anything in writing for it. Thanks Rinal Chand.
