Think Renewable

After comparing a number of providers for a 24KWH Signenergy System, I decided to go with Think Renewable. Alex was polite, helpful and quick to respond when I had questions (I had a few). Unfortunately due to the new federal rebate there was a delay in getting the system installed, but think renewable kept me informed throughout. Nice work guys.

I used think renewable to purchase my solar battery for my home. They were incredibly easy to communicate with, knowledgeable in everything to do with batteries and what is right for me. Jessie came and installed the battery last Saturday and was also knowledgeable and was able to talk with me about the battery, help set up the app for the battery. He cleaned up after the job was done and answered all my questions. I have found the company to be amazing for customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Having thoroughly enjoyed being doorstepped by Kieran following his visit to one of our neighbours, the rest of our experience with the Think Renewable team has been equally pleasurable. Further to Kieran's introduction, Ben (Design Consultant) visited, listened to our requirements and took us through our options in a clear, helpful, friendly and patient manner. After some back and forth with Ben, we agreed the design and price. A short time later we were provided with an installation date and, as has been the case throughout the whole exercise, the Installation Team arrived promptly on the allotted day. Cameron, Chad and Israel were excellent. They made the removal of our old solar system and installation of the new array and battery look simple. They were efficient, effective, tidy, helpful and happy to answer questions, with the job being completed within the previously advised timeframe. Thanks also to Stacey and Kylie and everyone else at Think Renewable for making the whole experience a pleasant one. Particular thanks to Ben for his professionalism, diligence, friendliness and patience as our principal point of contact. We couldn't be happier that Kieran came and knocked on our door!

I am absolutely happy with the service, products offered, and quality of work carried out by Think Renewable Brisbane. I was lucky enough to be guided through the process by Conor and he became my point of contact. From quotation to install he was always available and genuinely enthusiastic to help in whatever way he could. An asset for the company I can certainly vouch for. The team handling appointments were courteous and prompt. Messaging was quick and constant. On the scheduled day the three man team arrived at 0650 nice and early. Now I must say when you commit to an all day job that is a big financial investment you as the owner should make yourself available for questions and troubleshooting. I certainly did this and with plenty of input and jiving well with the install team the job was completed by 5:45pm. It was a large solar panel and battery install and it was handled perfectly by the team. I got what I wanted and after I painted the conduit you can't even see it against the facade. Make sure you communicate with your consultant and install team - that's all I can say. As a company offering service and quality you can't beat Think Renewable. Keep it up guys! More than happy 😊🙏
