Happy to recommend Ryan and the Optimum team. They were put forward with 2 others through the 'solar quotes' website recommendations for a solar panel and battery install in Sept 2025. Ryan was easy to communicate with throughout, and he was willing to look into various options for what would best work with the roof space/orientation we had available. The install was done smoothly and the follow up service so far has been great. The guys even went above and beyond to help out with accessing a hard to reach part of our roof while they were there to make a quick adjustment on our security camera.

We couldn't have been any happier with Ryan and his team's service. Ryan is very honest and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need with our solar and battery setup. We feel that he is very reasonably priced compared with others we had quotes from. We also liked the fact that this company has been around for quite a while unlike a lot of other solar companies. We had a fantastic experience with Ryan and the team at Optimum Solar. In March 2025 we had them install individual solar systems across our group of townhouses through the body corporate. The process was smooth from start to finish and Ryan was a pleasure to work with throughout. Thanks to Ergon, we had no choice but to go off-grid — and I’m so glad we did! Choosing Ryan and the team at Optimum Solar Energy was the best decision we could have made. Our system has now been in place for over six months, powering a large home with two pressure water pumps and two 3.2kW air conditioners running full-time. Even with that load, our batteries only occasionally drop to around 50%. On cloudy days, they’re still fully charged by 9:00 AM, leaving us with more than enough power for the entire day. We quite literally have energy to spare. After Ryan and his team completed the installation, I had my local electrician connect the system to our renovated house. He commented that, in his professional opinion, the quality and neatness of Ryan’s work was the best he had ever seen. I proudly refer to the setup as “My Power Station” and love showing it off to friends and visitors, who are all equally impressed by its clean layout and the user-friendly digital display. Ryan and his team were punctual, professional, and delivered everything as promised — on time and without hassle. My only dilemma now? Figuring out what to do with my redundant generator! Ryan and the team at Optimum installed a large system on our roof recently. It was a seamless process from start to finish. Ryan is very knowledgeable and gave us confidence throughout the process all the way from the quote to getting hooked up to the grid. I’m getting him back soon to install a battery as well.
