Right from the handover to getting my system connected to the grid, helping me with setting up the Solax cloud app, they have exceeded expectations every time. The absolute delight was when my battery installer asked for a couple of battery connectors and these were directly delivered to me within 4 hours. Five stars seems absolutely appropriate for these fine professionals.

It was incredibly refreshing to deal with EnergyBuild for a warranty repair after we'd had a run of bad luck over at least 12 months of disappointing interactions with pretty much every trade service we’ve had to have contact with for a range of minor to major repairs or new jobs. Not only was the communication with Emma great, with a fantastic turn-around time making an appointment (and actually arriving for it unlike a surprising number of companies), the technician, Reegan, identified and resolved the fault straight away. Best of all, he was willing to listen to and answer questions to help us better understand what was going on, and even checked for other potential factors to reassure us without just dismissing our opinions or concerns. I would absolutely recommend them based on today's service!
