This is my second successful engagement with Yello Energy, and once again they delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. Their engagement levels were consistently high (kudos Sam) — from the initial options analysis and clear presentation of solutions, right through to the post-installation check-ins. The installation team (led by Binay) arrived on time and, although they encountered a few challenges during the process, they were transparent and educative in explaining how they would overcome them. They even made a few additional trips to ensure everything was completed to a high standard. I also had some post-installation issues, but the Operations team (led by Reginald) handled it exceptionally well. They coordinated seamlessly between the system suppliers and myself, ensuring a quick and smooth resolution. Overall, highly professional, customer-focused, and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will happily work with them again.

From the first phone call to the completion, Yello Energy Group were very professional with installation of my solar system. Hard working , friendly and careful is the way this team works.
