The purpose: Taking ( full advantage of ) government incentives, install a fully integrated, future proof solution to combat ever increasing power bills and achieve energy independence. Proposal: First proposal I reveived was to install Single phase EzyHome battery solution with VPP option. Jordan, their sales rep always replied to my email and addressed all my concerns. Eventually, I put a 50% deposit down for a 25kWh TP Sigenergy inverter, 48kWh battery stack and 3 phase Gateway with full house backup option. Installation: I was offered an installation date back in December. However, upon my requested it was re-scheduled. Installation was successfully completed first week of February, 2026. Quality of work: Absolutely perfect. Matt and Rob did a fantastic job of installing the system in our garage and setting up configuration parameters according to my specs. The system has been running with zero issues ever since. Thank you to the team at Macathur Solar. Job well done!

I felt very overwhelmed sourcing solar and battery systems. Luke took the time to explain the technology, pros and cons of different systems and clarified product quality. Further he did all this knowing I had already locked in with another company, so was genuinely helping me get the best product. If I were to purchase another home in the future, I would, without hesitation, contact Macarthur Solar. These guys have been around for a long time, and are a knowledgeable and genuine local company.

Updated (09/01/2026) After some initial technical hurdles, I’m pleased to report that our system is now performing exactly as intended. A huge thank you to the MacArthur Solar team for completing the necessary upgrades this week; the results have been outstanding. The installation crew were not only fantastic, but professional, efficient, and genuinely dedicated to getting every detail right. Their commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. The performance speaks for itself: even on a 42°C day with the AC running nearly 24/7, we drew less than 1kWh from the grid, and the battery still had charge the following morning. It’s great to see the system living up to its promised potential.

We ordered the battery and solar panels. Got the panels installed very promptly but been waiting for 5 months (since July ) for the battery. I understand the delay was due to availability of batteries and logistics . Obviously the government subsidy scheme has created an overload on the supply chains. An alternative battery system was suggested that differed in capacity from the original one quoted .Bigger storage but MacArthur Solar soaked up the extra cost . Good on them !! I’m very happy to have this new Dyness battery and thank the company and their fantastic ‘tradies / electricians’ , who did a great job with the installation .

The quality and attention to detail of the installation of our SigEnergy battery from these guys was beyond amazing! Our installer went above and beyond to make the installation look amazing, exceptionally professional with meticulous attention to detail. After seeing so many examples online of ‘solar cowboys’ I was extremely cautious in picking the right installer and I’m so glad we picked Macarthur Solar!! Would absolutely without doubt recommend these guys to anyone- although lead time for install is long, but I can now see why. As a note - Macarthur Solar did not ask me to post any review (although I think they should be asking their customer todo so!)

I just had a major install of Batteries and new Inverters done at my home. The team at Macarthur Solar did a great job. Turned out this was the very first install of this brand of equipment, so I was a little nervous. My nerves were quickly allayed as they checked & double checked every step of the install process with manuals supplied. Even when the manuals threw up inconsistent information they figured it out. I am so pleased with the end result I have no hesitation in recommending Macarthur Solar if you are looking for Solar Systems for your home.
