After months of frustration with a previous contractor who consistently missed deadlines and lacked communication, Inspire Energy took over and completely turned things around. From the start, the process was seamless. Matthew, Courtney, Katie, and especially Will and his team were all amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and truly professional in every interaction. They took just 6–7 weeks to complete the job that had been dragging on for nearly 7 months with the other company. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and we’re already seeing the savings! I couldn’t recommend Inspire Energy more highly. They’re the only company I’d trust in this industry and will absolutely use them again for any future installations. Inspire team did brilliant job installing my battery system and training me, documenting their work AND helping my family start to avoid costs from my electricity provider and actually starting to make money with my solar panels. Giving the hot weather recently and need to run air conditioning during the night - that’s an achievement.

Matt and the installation team at Inspire Energy do a wonderful job - they have initially installed the solar and battery system some years ago, and have now upgraded my inverter and batteries to provide more storage. The installation is neat, tidy, and perfectly located within my garage. The team bypassed the inverter and gave me mains power while they worked on the system, which was integral to being able to use essential medical equipment throughout the day they were here, with only momentary interruptions, which showed they do care about their customers wellbeing. Troubleshooting of battery reserve in the instance grid loss occurs overnight was prompt and coordinated across multiple systems (including Reposit), which meant less hassle for me. Thanks for a great installation once again!

Awesome company! I did my research and received close to 20 quotes. I'm so glad I went with Inspire Energy. If you're going to spend thousands of dollars on solar, make sure it's a CEC approved retailer. With Inspire I received great advice, they knew all the little things about solar which I picked up from all the quotes and online research. The price wasn't the cheapest, but you get the quality and the service. I had an issue with the monitoring system, emailed them at 6:30pm, and I got a reply at 6:50pm. There was a miscommunication between the retailer and installer, and the installer happily rectified the problem. Overall this is a 5 star Solar Retailer. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
