1/08/22 I had my solar battery system installed today by Grant Fitzsimmons a contractor for skylight energy. The installation process was awesome, great communication and Grants expertise as a electrician is second too none. Extremely professional on time and neat work. The whole process from start to finish with skylight energy has been above my expectations. Great communication and good knowledge of the system Thank you skylight energy

Just installed a LG Battery System with Skylight, I admit I was a bit skeptical at first as the solar space if full of scammers and resellers who don’t deliver. My experience with Skylight was a pleasant surprise, not pressure to sign up today, they were confident from the start that the deal was that good. Once I paid my deposit, I was contacted the next day to confirm things and a proposed date scheduled, this was over the Xmas period so I was a little relaxed about it, the first date was cancelled - so my antenna was vibrating, but a few days later, they had arranged a new date and that all worked out fine, the installer was knowledgeable and polite and did a fine job. My only slight criticism is the lack of APP run through, the installer wasn’t up on that part at all, we managed to get it all hooked up correctly, but the LG App didn’t work, not Skylight or the installers fault, so Ill take it up with LG and get some training from them. All up - very satisfied with Skylight.

I want to highly recommend Skylight Energy. From the first phone call explaining the product to the communication with office staff was excellent. The workmen that came and installed my solar panels worked so hard all day due to my unusual shaped roof. They were so respectful and polite. They were here exactly on time and didn’t leave until dark. Yesterday my battery was installed and the workmen once again spent the whole day installing due to the placement of where the battery needed to go. These men were also very respectful and polite. All workmen clean up after themselves and remove any rubbish. If you want a quality service contact Skylight Energy

Skylight did an amazing job installing my system. I bought a battery two years after purchasing a solar system from the same business and was ecstatic to see the savings and cost decreased to nearly nothing!!! FINALLY, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND

I was very satisfied with the high level of plain speaking technical information they provided to explain and support their quote. Not pushy or bamboozling, very relaxed, projecting a professional confidence. Even though the project was reworked several times to arrive at the best outcome, they were very helpful and patient. The follow up after installation with the authorities to connect to the grid was very thorough. All in all, an excellent experience. Special mention and commendation of Steven and Jean.

I received a great price for a 15.12kw Alpha battery system. After some initial communication problems (a day or 2), we sorted everything out and I got the installation completed, with the system now operating perfectly. Could not be happier with the costing and workmanship.
