They arrived on time, were courteous and tidy, and completed the installation of both the solar panels and the battery efficiently. They took great care of my property and left the area spotless. After the installation, the technician walked me through the new system and the monitoring app, answering all my questions and ensuring I was confident with how everything worked. Since the installation, my system has been performing exactly as promised. The battery has been great for storing excess energy generated during the day, significantly reducing my reliance on the grid and lowering my electricity bills. I also have the peace of mind of backup power in case of an outage. The monitoring app is easy to use and it’s great to see exactly how much energy we’re generating and using.
