Donny, the solar battery installer, did an outstanding job. His workmanship was highly professional, neat, and well organised. The installation was completed efficiently, and everything was explained clearly. You can see he takes real pride in his work, especially with the complexity of a 3-phase setup. A special thanks to Diana, who handled all the hard work behind the scenes. She arranged our green loan through Plenti and coordinated everything smoothly. The turnaround time was amazing — we placed the order on Thursday, 19th February 2026, and by Saturday afternoon, we had three battery units installed and fully operational on a 3-phase connection. The team moved very quickly without compromising on quality. Communication was excellent throughout, and the whole process was stress-free and professional. Defended Energy have just completed a Fox 42 kWh battery install at my home and the result is outstanding – the workmanship is spotless, the team were punctual and professional, and the whole process was smooth from quote to handover. The system now comfortably covers my peak usage, slashing night‑time grid demand and giving me full visibility and control over how the house uses power.
