Got a new solar system installed recently to take advantage of the gov rebate. Ellie was fantastic throughout the whole process and is still on hand to ask any questions. The team that installed the system were also amazing and worked throughout the day to get the system installed and also went through the whole system in detail. I would highly recommend them if you are thinking about getting a new system.

I had pleasure and no stress to have business with Honey Solar. I am looking to have even more job done .I want to expand my Green house eco system . I have plans to install the battery for my system, Ev charger, Hot water Heat pump controller upgrade from my instant gas hot water system. So we can use all Green power generated during the day. Honey Solar from the beginning was different to other installers . You will know this from your first appointment. Ellie acted as a professional all the way. Ellie has explained all products in a simple and NO pushy manner at all. At the time of our first appointment, I was already overwhelmed with all the "Solar thing", I spend months of researching on Solar ,was getting quotes and learning technical data as well I nearly paid to the other Solar company which was not existed at all, I have done just simple check,such as physical address and licensing check. They has been not existing at the address they stated . So after that I was very Angry and frustrated .Fraudulent companies are existing in Australi .I wanted nothing after that…I have took a small break and started all over again .I have come across Honey solar. Has been recommend by Solar Quotes. I can tell , that's all you need !!! Honey Solar on your side !!! No stress anymore!!! No need to look anywhere!!! I have chosen Solar Edge Home Hub inverter 10 Kw. + 13.2 Kw Trina panels. and I am very happy ! System production ranges from 77 kw/h on Sunny day to 44 kw/h on Rainy day. And this is not Summer yet ! So the system was installed on 10 th of September 2023. Installation was done in less than 2 weeks from deposit placed, as promised. With No "Stress again". In House Honey solar installation team arrived on time. All job was done in about 6-7 hours . All custom Solar System requests has been met, location and cabling was neatly done. A special Thank you to the Team for replacing some broken tiles as well as my gutter joint was leaking and Ventilation pipe , Kevin resealed that all at no extra charge, as courtesy from Honey Solar. As well a cover/ protection box for my inverter was installed free of charge, I have purchased it at an external shop , but at my cost. All job was done professionally. That mean all job was done up to Australian standard. Team left my house clean with no boxes or wires on the floor. Guys been happy and smiling all the time . Experience was very Positive! I definitely recommend Honey Solar team for your projects. Communication with Ellie in regards Equipment, installation, Energy Providers, has been answered within a couple of hours or even minutes if Ellie was available at that point. All questions has been professionally answered and clear. All documentation for Solar System has been provided at appropriate time frame. Ellie helped with all paperwork required for Solar System connection to the grid. Smart meter installation, Etc.That is the only part take time. But Ellie was all the way behind our back and supportive. Quotation negotiations has been adequate in our favor .Honey Solar is not the cheapest and not ripping off , good pricing and the service .
