Fast and easy to deal with. Hooked us up from first call to complete install in about a week. Friendly staff and reasonable pricing and quick turn around is pretty damn awesome. I would strongly recommend these guys if you want to improve home security.

I recently had the team at Protection 1 install a security system at my house, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. I had the pleasure of having Protection 1 Security in Malaga install a new CCTV and alarm system at my residence in Perth, Heathridge WA. All I can say is wow what an outfit and I would highly recommend Protection 1 for any security requirements. I am over the moon with both the CCTV and Alarm systems and the overall installation work that was carried out at my property. I first dealt with Peter who was very patient, not pushy and someone that really knows what they are talking about when it comes to security. Peter was always friendly and only too willing to answer my questions and clearly explain the pros and cons of the different systems and options available. Peter helped me select the best CCTV and Alarm system to meet my requirements and budget. He also advised me of the council CCTV rebate, which I had no clue even existed and helped me with the application and getting approval, always going the extra mile. William, who is Peter’s son, did the actual installation, which was very professionally and methodically done in a timely manner, with an attention to detail that I have never seen from a trade’s person before. William was kind, friendly, very skilled/professional and clearly explained everything to me. He also installed an extra Cat6 cable to my lounge and recommended a HDMI over Cat6 Extender, so I could get the best of both worlds and be able to view my CCTV footage from my office monitor and in the lounge room on a bigger TV. William even managed to rescue my neighbours 4yo daughter who accidentally got locked in a car and brushed it off as no big deal and then went back to work on the installation at my place as if it never happened. Peter and William are artisans of security and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with through the entire process.
