From the initial consultation with Bruce, who was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with, through to the installation by Ben and Henry, everything ran smoothly. They completed the installation efficiently and took the time to walk us through the system, making sure everything was working perfectly and that we understood how to use it. The quality of the equipment and the workmanship is excellent. We now have a reliable, user-friendly security system that gives us peace of mind and the intercom adds a great layer of convenience. We recently went to CASA Security and spoke about installing a setup on property. Ben kindly took the time to go through what we needed and got a quote to us within the day. He was open and transparent with what will work and what may have been an issue but had solutions to set it up for it to work how we needed it to. Ben booked us in swiftly when a cancellation appeared. He arrived on time and undertook the installation, whilst doing so there was a couple of changes on the fly needed to be made but wasn’t a drama and adjustments were made so the setup was perfect and is doing a great job. Couldn’t recommend a better company and Ben’s service was second to none!

From the first email response to the technician arriving at site to complete the inspection and arrives of the alarm system CASA has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Quick responses and quick turnaround for service. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Service technician was really polite, helpful and informative.

Henry and Ben were helpful and installed what I wanted quickly which was amazing as I had a tight deadline I wanted to accomplish. However, I would ask that they come on to site to quote properly though so there are no surprises or at a minimum ask for photos of what the roof looks like…
