Peter listened carefully to our requests for siting a new roof mounted antenna, several aerial wall-points, and the positioning of TV’s for optimal viewing on a variety of wall-mountings around the house. His knowledge, experience and ability to find and suggest solutions to our older houses particular construction in chasing cables and finding secure fixing points. Opticomm recently advised us that they will no longer be supporting free-to-air tv, so to this end, I called Peter (having had an antenna installation done by Peter around 9yrs ago in another house). Within 24hrs Peter had us up and running with a new high quality digital antenna, professionally installed and neatly finished off. We recently encountered issues with our TV, and Peter was engaged to inspect and advise on the best course of action. After few tests, Peter identified problem and recommended installing a new TV as the most practical and cost-effective solution. He also recommended the brand and screen size, most suitable to our needs. For wall installation, Peter offered two optional bracket solutions, recommending more universal configuration. Installation and setting up was carried out with great degree of care, knowledge, experience and patience. All our queries were addressed in full.
