Nick upgraded my home alarm system and was very , personable, knowledgeable and thorough throughout the whole experience.. Once he did the install, he was great at explaining how the system worked in layman's terms for me and has always been available for any technical questions I've had after the install. I was in the market to update my old security system with a new system and when I called Nick, he was extremely helpful and provided me with a number of options and came over to my house to confirm the installation details and quote. Nick is a very honest and upfront guy, he will give you his unbiased opinion and will not recommend anything that you don’t need. I was very happy with the price that was quoted and was not under any pressure ‘to sign up’. After answering a couple of questions, I gave Nick and his team the job and I couldn’t have been happier. Not only was the job booked in to be done in a couple of days, Both Nick and his team member (Matt) were very courteous and professional. The quality of the installation was excellent and Nick ran though the instructions on how to use the system. The installation was spotless, everything was tidy and they take a lot of pride in their work. I would highly recommend Nick and his team for Security system installations. We wanted to change to a self monitored system as we were having issues with our existing system,.It would have been easy for Nick to make a quick sale but instead he took the time to explain the pros and cons of changing and that we were making an informed choice. " When we requested a CCTV quotation from Nick, he raised concerns about whether it would be possible to get CAT5 cables from the various proposed camera locations on the outside of our two storey house to a common point inside the home. Rather than trying to sell and commit us to a CCTV system, Nick suggested that we approach the task in two steps. Firstly, we try and see if cabling is at all possible, before committing to purchasing the CCTV system. Various methods were tried by Nick in getting cables from one location to the common point. Nick took on board about the aesthetics of the job and how any conduit that might need to be placed on the outside of the house would look like. Everything he tried , he was in constant conversation with us to let us know what he was proposing. We very much appreciated Nick's tireless efforts to determine whether a wired CCTV could be installed. A very professional approach and fine workmanship to complete the task. Highly recommended.
