My husband and I recently had the pleasure of using VHB Security Company locating them via One Flare platform. We had previously had a quote from another company recommended by a friend and thought that we would seek another quote, just as a comparison. Thank goodness we did !!! From the initial conversation via OneFlare platform, we immediately had a connection with Chris online, and requested a more formalized Quote, with both Chris and Donald (the Owner/Manager) turning up to give us some very invaluable insight as to our specific needs and requirements. I must say, both my husband and I were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of their service. From the initial consultation to the final completion of the job, their communication was top-notch. The team was always responsive, courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way either via email, text messages or phone calls. The professionalism of the staff was evident in everything they did. They were punctual, respectful, and took the time to understand our specific needs and concerns. Their expertise and knowledge of security systems was apparent, and they made sure we both felt confident and secure in the solutions they provided ensuring we had the relevant training, knowledge and apps to view and manage our new systems, especially my husband whose knowledge of technical gadgets is very limited, but is now very confident to use this technology and new system with confidence and ease .. The quality of service was exceptional. The work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and the care taken to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction. The installation Kurt and Chris were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble I would highly recommend VHB Security to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and professional security company. Their dedication to providing outstanding service with a very reasonable pricing is evident in everything they do. We feel grateful for the opportunity to work with Donald, Chris and his team to install some fantastic cameras to enhance our security, protect our valuables, our family and of course more importantly our peace of mind. There are a lot of business out there of a similar in nature, including DIY brands, but we are very happy with our choice and package provided and professionally installed by VHB Security. If we could, we would give Donald and the team 10 stars ...

From initial enquiry (Christmas Eve) through to completion of the install Donald and the boys were awesome, not 1 negative to mention. Communication was on point, quick, friendly and accurate. Initial contact was 2 days after initial enquiry (day 1 was Christmas Day), onsite quote provided within day 4. Upon my green light to proceed, the install happened within 4 days. Install boys were professional, polite and just seemed like good guys. Would definitely recommend and would use again if required.

Very professional team They did an excellent job for us 2 years ago, every time i needed help with cameras or alarm system they were there for us. We upgraded our systems a few times since then as we were low on budget at beginning. Their price was the best every time, even they did some extras with no charge. Also i should mention we had no issue in last 2 years. I highly recommend them. Try them you won't be regret
