James and Ryan did an excellent job recently for us. They were punctual, professional and friendly. Both arrived early, looked at the property prior to speaking to me with recommendations. Fixed all the cameras and checked the views to ensure there is no blind spots. Helped me to tidy up the messy and tangled wires that were hanging. Would highly recommend J1 security and James & Ryan.

Orange Door sent this company to install four security cameras at our house, and I was impressed with the quality of the cameras. The installer was calm, quiet, and respectful—a refreshing change after dealing with some unpleasant tradies from other companies who were loud and lacked respect. He not only did a great job with the installation but also took the time to show me how to operate the cameras on the app and set up the best settings for my needs, which was extremely helpful. I was very pleased with the installer; he even asked for my input on where to place the last camera and offered his professional advice. For anyone in need of security surveillance, I highly recommend this company. Their service exceeded expectations, being both professional and respectful.
