Serge & Tyrone Casal both showed great tenacity and diligence on my security door camera & lock system repair job – it would have been easy to give up. I recently had an alarm and security camera system installed by Casals Security and I am blown away with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final install, Tyron and Serge were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in their field. The installation was completed on time and the work was neat and tidy. I am not so IT savvy, however Tyron patiently walked me through the app and how everything works. Tyron and Serge went above and beyond what was required, and I feel extremely safe knowing everything is set up properly and professionally. I was incredibly impressed with Serge's after hours support. New owner of a house where Casals had installed the existing security system, Serge talked me through use of the system when it was unexpectedly activated.
