Alkatech 24/7 - Security Alarm Systems Supply & Installation in Eastern Suburbs Melbourne | Home Security CCTV Installers

Josh is a top bloke and 5 star provider. He handled all complex security requirements for my business premise professionally, from quoting phase, to install, to detailed diagnosis and final handover. Always showed up on time and responsive to my questions. I definitely recommend him for any of your security need be it residential or commercial.

Josh was absolutely fantastic. He installed all of our security cameras and upgraded the internet connections throughout the house, and the difference has been huge. Josh clearly knows his stuff,, he explained everything in detail in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we were comfortable with how everything worked. He also knew exactly where to place the cameras to get the best coverage around the house, which gave us real peace of mind. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend.

We recently had our intercom system replaced by Alkatech 24/7, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Josh, who handled the job, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain the setup, made sure everything was working perfectly before he left, and left the area clean and tidy. The quality of work and customer service exceeded expectations — it's rare to find tradespeople this reliable and easy to deal with. Highly recommend Alkatech 24/7 and especially Josh for anyone looking for intercom or security work!

Josh was amazing in helping me diagnose a problem with my home wifi set up even though it was another company who set it up. He provided phone support and tips that saved me $$ in calling someone out to fix. Absolute legend and could not highly recommend enough.

I couldn’t be happier with the camera installation and service. The team was punctual and professional taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The quality of work was exceptional and the boys cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and high quality service.

Had Josh sorting out my entertainment hub today, sorted out a few glitches, installed a new IQ box and while he was on site fitted a new backup to alarm system, turned up on time, charged a reasonable price and had a pleasant personality. Well done Josh.
