One of the best experiences I've had. l had 8 x 6mP Ultra HD AI cameras installed. From the time I made the initial request to installation it took no more than a week till they were installed. Please note that installation took a whole day in this instance as I have a 2 story house and all the cables were run from the side of the house up to the roof cavity. Shane was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He walk me through every detail and double checked with me before and after install. He then name back 2 days later to check if everything was working well and a training session on how to navigate the whole programme. He programmed trigger perimeters so if anyone/thing crosses them they send a message directly to your phone. I strongly recommend this company for before and after sales service. From a very satisfied customer.
