I contacted Aladen Security for a quote and Max responded quickly while other security companies ignored me. The price was very reasonable for a siren replacement on a 2nd storey roof. After that, he also offered me some advice on the wiring and configuration of the system. Max completed the job efficiently and neatly, and I could tell he is very experienced in Hikvision products. Very friendly and professional service, will recommend to friends.

We have had Max’s support in installing security cameras at 3 of our business locations. He is super communicative and incredibly easy to work with, and when there were instances of potential barriers to installation such as an awkwardly placed powerpoint, he would always be able to problem solve around the barriers effectively. Max is the best installer I have had by far. He is very professional, friendly, and responsive. No matter what questions you have for him, he will answer very patiently. After installation of the sensor light, alarm system and cctv (solar powered), Max patiently explain all functions of the systems and help me set up on my phone before he leaves.
