Jesse kindly replaced my wired fire alarm, repaired an outlet, gave me much needed advice on my Unit’s power supply, & answered my questions with consideration & pragmatism. He steered me away from ‘fixing’ an insignificant issue, which if I did - was at risk of creating a much bigger one. His fee was reasonable & he let me know ahead of time when he would arrive, allowing me to make the most of my time (thank you!!). Very pleased to find him! Won’t hesitate to use his services again. Jessie is highly professional and a perfectionist. He came round to replace too many down lights and he did so in a timely fashion and made sure that they looked the same as they did originally.
