We're very pleased with the intercom and fob system installation by Quatrix. This was a new installation in an old building, which required running new cables to all of the doors and units. The team did an excellent job given the difficulties of retrofitting an older property. The installation was tidy with no external cable work and everything is working perfectly. I would highly recommend the team at Quatrix.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Geoff and Chris were absolutely outstanding! They came to install our new security intercom system on the front gate and did a flawless job professional, efficient, and clearly experts at what they do. The system looks fantastic, works perfectly, and was explained to us clearly so we could get the most out of it straight away. What really blew me away, though, was how they went above and beyond. When they noticed our garage door propped open with cardboard, they asked about it, listened to the situation, and despite it not being their responsibility offered to help. During a short break, they investigated, found the fault, and got the garage door working again. This was an issue that had dragged on for ages with no resolution, and they fixed it in under half an hour! Their professionalism, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile were phenomenal. It was such a relief to have everything working properly, and their genuine care and attention set them apart. I couldn’t recommend Geoff and Chris more highly they’re an absolute credit to the company and I’d trust them with any job, big or small.

The team from Quatrix installed a new intercom system in our old redbrick apartment building on President Ave Kogarah recently. Awesome staff and a great job done. Very professional and polite. A special shout-out to Criss — his technical work was exceptional, and he was always punctual, starting right on time each day. He was also very supportive and well-organised throughout the project.
