Oz Tech Security

This is my third house I've used Oz Tech to install my alarm system and third time I'm extremely happy with their professional service. From an initial appointment to final handover and explain how the system worked was seamless. They have a great team and internal comms work well which was proven when all I had to do was to speak to one person (whether it was the admin staff or installers) and it flowed perfectly from thereon. The install staff were very professional on site and treated my new house with respect. Floor mats were put on the floors prior to ladders going up to protect the floors which surprised me, as the small things are usually overlooked. The install was also spot on and neat wiring and another important point, THEY TURNED UP ON TIME. Dealing with the Oz tech team made it a stress free process while building, as most trades aren't up to scratch these days. Congratulations to Oz tech management for having such a great team. I'll definitely be back when my next build happens..

Oz tech has been monitoring my home alarm for 5 years now and They've never missed a beat, when my alarm gets accidentally set off. It's so reassuring to know I'm being looked after by a local trustworthy company. Thank you to the friendly staff at the other end of the phone.

Coming from 16 years of industry experience, and having had experience with OzTech as a customer, former employee, and now as a business owner who uses their services, I can confidently say that OzTech Security is the Illawarra's premier security company for anything needed within the industry. I had a burglary and fire alarm install at my house and the technicians were very informative. The service was professional, turnaround was excellent and I'm stoked with the outcome. I definitely recommend these guys.

After contacting a few of the Wollongong security companies during the Christmas break to get a quote on a new security system. Oztech were the only ones that could come out and do the quote after hours. I am very pleased with their service and availability.
