From day one they’ve been incredibly honest, upfront, and genuinely focused on what’s best for me — not what makes them the most money. They introduced me to new technology that has made my premises much safer, and they always explained everything clearly in a way I could understand. What really stood out was how they never tried to upsell me. In fact, they kept pointing me towards the most cost-effective options based on my personal situation. That kind of honesty is rare.   We updated our CCTVs through WCG. From start to finish, the workmanship was very professional. Ayman arranged for his tech expert to consult with me by phone and then to come out and assess on site (at no charge) all our requirements. Ayman and his team were true to their word and always prompt. The install technicians were very respectful, taking their shoes off before they came in and cleaning up after job completion. They were happy to make any camera adjustments, and in general, aimed to please. The installed cameras and phone and laptop software combined to give us a result that exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend Ayman and his team at WCG for surveillance and security requirements!
