I reached out to Taryn at Tarzan’s Roofing Solutions about a roof leak that a previous roofing specialist had attempted to fix but never properly resolved. Unfortunately, it started leaking again, and it turned out to be a tricky issue in a hard to access area. Taryn personally came out multiple times to properly diagnose the problem. It was not an easy leak to track down, but his persistence really stood out. On his most recent visit, he was able to get into the roof cavity and thoroughly inspect where the water was actually coming from. He patched the area up properly and took the time to make sure it was addressed the right way. What impressed me most was that he did what other contractors were not willing to do. He did not cut corners or rush the job, and he put in the effort and time needed to genuinely diagnose the issue. On top of that, he did not overcharge me. His pricing is very reasonable and he is upfront and honest about what he charges. If you are looking for someone reliable and persistent who stands by their work, I would definitely recommend Taryn.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I approached Tarzan's Roofing because I didn't feel I was getting honest advice or a fair price from other roofers. Taryn immediately came across as someone who was willing to explore what I wanted to do, rather than what the others wanted me to pay for. He refurbished my tile roof by completely rebedding and repointing all the ridge capping, replacing around 30 broken tiles, fixing some missing/broken timber battens, installing storm seal in valleys, and repairing flashing around my chimney. I didn't want the reseal / painting. I cannot believe how great my tile roof looks now - I'm so impressed by his workmanship, very schmick finish! Taryn is very hardworking and has a can-do attitude, willing to help with anything. Plus his price came in much lower than others I had come to quote up the job. Very happy.
