Replacement of the new skylight cover, trim flashings, cleaned rusted metal roof areas then applied special "membrane" paint to protect these areas that were done excellently. Thought I should put a review here for Jim at Captain Roof Repair. He came to inspect our roof that was leaking quite badly after the storm recently. Told him how we got scammed from some group of Irish roofing pretenders (Weatherwise Roofing & Home Improvements). Jim straight out told us and roof was in very very bad condition and actually referred us to another group of roofers who we hired (Elevate Roofing Group) and are actually more then happy with the job they done for us recently.
