Billy (owner) came out to inspect, measure and quote on two leaking skylights on time (he actually arrived an hour early and was courteous enough to ring to ask if it was ok to come early). The roof the skylights are on is practically pitched flat so I was expecting it could be a challenge to fix and was thinking a new more pitched roof might be on the cards. Billy gave an open assessment and advice on the most cost effective way to stop the leaks. Billy did mention about the pitch of the roof but said he could fix the leak by installing flashing to seal the skylights. My tin roof is also nailed so I asked Billy to also replace the roof nails with screws. Whenever there is a decent amount of wind I was worried about the roof lifting. Not a problem for Billy. The quote came through that night and was very reasonable and much better than I expected. Tim arrived to do the work and did an excellent job over two days and on the first day it was done in between bouts of rain. I have a large roof. Tim was very courteous. Billy rang after the job was done to say thanks for the business and for me to call straight away if there was any issues. We’ve had some heavy rain since the job was done and the skylights didn’t leak so I am very happy. If you want an excellent roof plumbing service use BM Roof Plumbing you won’t be disappointed.
