The job was definitely not an easy one as our roof had a significant amount of moss buildup but Maxime and his team handled it incredibly well. The transformation was unbelievable and the roof now looks like it was installed yesterday. What really stood out was Maxime’s communication throughout the entire process. He was clear, honest, and proactive in setting expectations around the schedule, the work involved, and the cost. There were no surprises, and everything ran exactly as discussed. Something that the trades industry often lack. Pricing was also very competitive, after receiving their quote, I genuinely didn’t feel the need to look elsewhere. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the quality of workmanship. He made a thorough assessment of my roof top and provided me with a cost efficient solution in getting my entire home roof cleaned. He was very receptive and kind to my instructions on what I required out of the assessment. He did not gold plate me with extras and proposed what I needed to get my roof cleaned minimally to the best condition as possible. We had such a good experience with Max. Was very prompt in coming out to assess our roof after experiencing leaking. Sourced and replaced our broken tiles within a few days, and was very knowledgeable with assisting us. Was very reasonably priced and really nice to work with.
