Huge thanks to Levi The Trusty Toolman for an amazing restoration of our units roof. Our roof had, had no love or care in over 30 years and I thought we'd be looking at tens of thousands of dollars for a complete refit. But Levi was able to make it appear almost new with his restoration. From first contact he was always reliable and great with communication and his workmanship is fantastic. It is hard to find people who are reliable and do what they say. These are the facts i found with this company: 1) The quote was realistic and detailed. No hidden or excluded fees. 2) His brother and Levi turned up when they said they would. The job started and finished when they said it would. 3) Great communicator, never left me guessing or chasing up with what was happening. 4) Clean and tidy. Didn't leave a mess at the end of the day or the end of the project. 5) A reasonable deposit was expected and enough notice if a unforeseen issue occured which would require more money. Including options to do later with price comparisons. For these reaons i would highly recommend this company because finding hard working and reliable tradespeople is extremely hard. Especially finding ones that are as honest, helpful and easy to contact with any questions or concerns. The the best part of all, their standard of work is amazing, with both having great attention to detail, with care and pride in their work. Which shows.
