Warrick and his team did a super job on our house. The fascia's were worn by sun and rain and due the era that they were built did not deflect water. Causing damage over time. Caping the fascia's in colourbond and cutting the front tiles back to create a soaker to drain into gutters resulted in a visually modern and water tight solution. Protecting the roof and eaves, which unfortunately were also affected by rain running under the fascia's. From planning to execution Warrick and his team were clear, professional and tidy with their work. They also fixed our gutters which were not installed correctly and holding water.
