I have to reroof my home as the tiles were so old that they crumbled when I walked on it. Got quite a few quotes and finally chose Higgins roofing. The work was finished yesterday, and I highly recommend this roofing service. A few things made me feel this way: 1)very competitive price, highly cost effective without compromising the quality of the job. 2)professional customer service, patiently answering all my questions and very flexible in delivering the service to deal with my concerns; offered different choices of tiles with honest cost 3)tile replacement team did a great job, I have some photos of the roof after tile change; very nice workers and pleasant to work with. They even cleaned our gutters before they left. 4)last but not least, the director bought some materials at his own cost to repair something which was not included in the quote, and left me some tiles upon the completion of the work for my future use. Overall, great experience to have my roof tiles changed by this company.

I came across Glenn, at Higgins Roofing, after extensively looking into re-roofing the tiled roof on our home we purchased last year. A pre-purchase building inspection company had completely overlooked the fact our home's old terracotta tiles were disintegrating and in severely bad shape. From the beginning, Glenn was easy and professional to deal with, provided great advice on this major project of our's, and a very competitive quote. His tilers were fantastic and respectful of our old home, and Glenn was also able to provide excellent, high quality roof plumbing services as part of restoring our roof to a very high standard. Our finished roof looks absolutely fantastic, and has been an investment into our forever home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Glenn and his team at Higgins Roofing.
