Very impressed with Andy & the team to clean the roof with lot of moss accumulated on the iron tiles for the first stage. What a transformation by the looks of the photos! Second stage , we also engaged with Andy to Repoint Ridge Cappings & re-mortaring entire roof . Third stage, he also painted our rusted valleys (no hole or broken )at no extra cost ; he recommended stormseal valleys and we are happy to go with his recommendation so it can last longer and he also removed and disposal the waste. The price is reasonable good and affordable, I strongly recommend Bayside Roof Cleaning - Andy is a polite & professional young man that we feel very comfortable to deal with him.1/4/2025.
