Roo Roofing

Roo Roofing replaced my very old roof earlier this year. They organised everything - roof replacement, insulation blanket, vacuuming the ceiling / insulation replacement, and gutters. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and generally went above and beyond. The best people to deal with. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

We have just had our roof replaced as a result of the October 2020 hailstorm at Springfield Lakes and we couldn't be happier with the work completed by Matthew and the crew. Our house is architect designed and not exactly your standard job but Roo Roofing rose to the challenge magnificently! From first contact, through quoting and completion of the work the level of communication was excellent. We were kept informed of progress and delays in material supplies. The crew turned up when they said they would and all work was completed exactly on schedule. Our new Colorbond roof looks a million times better than the old one and the attention to detail on the installation is second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roo Roofing to anyone that is looking for roof work from minor gutter repairs to full blown re-roofing. Thank you guys!

Highly recommend Roo Roofing. Their invoicing was broken up into stages, they were very clear with their quotes and offerings which were actually quite detailed compared to some others I received. Their forecasting for when they could do the work was accurate and they completed a bit quicker than their estimated time. Their quote was a lot more than competitors however it did encompass a lot more work. The rest of the quotes were looking to do a patch job for leaks as they didn't have the capacity or resources to do a full repair. I have attached some before and after photos. You can see in the before photos that I have had numerous roofers out to repair leaks in the past, they would always do a patch job and the problems would be back within months. Roo Roofing took the time to give a full quote and assessment to include re-pitching to fix all of the drainage routes as the original addition to the home wasn't installed correctly from the beginning. I paid extra for their roof coatings, which look very sturdy, time will tell with how long they hold up. It all looks uniform and neat, they clearly took their time with the prep work before applying, very happy with how the finish looks. Upcoming cyclone in the coming days will be a good test for the workmanship. Specifically thanks to Matt for taking the time to explain the quote and listening to my concerns prior to starting and to Deborah for being so timely with the admin and answering further questions I had along the way. Cheers, Elliot.

Recently had some work done from RooRoofing and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Matthew is a great bloke, and an utmost professional. I would highly recommend these guys for roof replacements, and I also found that the prices were reasonable for the high quality service and work provided. Never once had an issue with the team, who came right as they told me they would, finished quickly and left the place spotless. Well Done RooRoofing!

I highly recommend RooRoofing for roofing work. Matthew and his team are absolute legends. Kept everything super professional Although quote was on the high end compared to other roofing crowds, the end result was fantastic. The quote was very clear, everything was broken down with details, options and explanations. They kept a flawless schedule, turning up and leaving right as they told me they would, provided a perfect product and service, then left without any issues and kept the place clean and tidy. Thank you so much Matthew and team.
