When we first contacted Vantage Point Roofing we were thinking of doing a restoration of our colorbond roof, because we had a small leaking problem in one of the rooms. We were thinking of doing the restoration or other options, so we contacted some companies. Vantage point roofing still emailed us, and said they only do replacement of colorbond in a courteous way. After my wife did further research, we decided to replace our existing colorbond roof through Vantage Point Roofing, because their price was competitive and also they installed the insulation blankets under the colorbond. During the construction work, when we had some problems, Vantage Point Roofing promptly replied and fixed the issues. We found Vantage point to be a most reliable company. We like the new colorbond roof, and in addition, the room that had the leaking problems appears to be fixed after recent storms and heavy rain.

Vantage Point Roofing did a fantastic job replacing the roof of our 1920s Queenslander in late 2025 (sorry this is so late!). They were highly recommended by other trades (like our insulators) and were fast to respond to quote and answer our many many questions. Our roof had it all (gables, asbestos, tricky access spots) and they clearly outlined these considerations and there impact on the process and timeline of the job. The pull-down team did an efficient job and kept the site as neat as possible and their recommended Asbestos contractor also left the site spotless. There were a couple of frustrating moments (eg. Delivery of the wrong thickness of material that we only caught by grabbing an attached invoice on our way past, scaffolding staying up for a longer period as painting/ carpentry wasn’t 100% completed, needing to follow up as painting was not completed to standard) but projects always have problems and delays-for us it was how they are handled and the team was communicative, apologetic where they needed to be and worked fast to find solutions. The sales rep Jack and project co-ordinator Jen in particular were really communicative and thorough and made working with Vantage 100% worthwhile- some other companies we sourced quotes for didn’t even bother to attend the site to quote (just used Google maps- WILD), knowing there was a team who would get back to us asap made any delays or issues a much less stressful experience. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone looking for a re-roof and will use their services on any future renovations- HIGHLY recommend.
