  We Recently had a huge amount of damage from the hail storm and contacted Metro Hail as dealing through our Insurance was an absolute minefield. As we are of the older generation everything was daunting for us. The experience with Metro Hail was first class. It took away all of our stress as they sorted absolutely everything. They handled the best of Workman , materials, and also explained copious amounts of paperwork that were difficult for us to comprehend as laymen. Metro Hail also negotiated us a far better deal as they knew our rights way better than we did. They fought against the Insurance company who were trying to minimize the work that was needed resulting in a far better outcome for us. We were kept in the loop for the whole journey. The Tradies were all hard working , friendly and very helpful and showed top workmanship. A massive thank you to Francesca & Dylan for their never failing patience with my messages and calls when I made them. I would highly recommend Metro Hail as it is apparent that they are a company that takes pride in their workmanship for the people in need of their services. Thank you for making our trauma journey a much better recovery. Susan & Allen Long

  The Metro Hail team have been a pleasure to deal with. From the initial consultation to the final completion, every stage was handled efficiently and seamlessly. We would like to acknowledge Rowan, the Project Manager; Connor, whose patience and comprehensive responses to all inquiries were greatly appreciated; and Matthew, who provided clear explanations at each step and ensured consistent updates. The finished roof looks great. The entire process exceeded our expectations. We have already recommended Metro Hail to our neighbours and intend to continue doing so in the future.

The whole process from start to finish was easy as they handled all the negotiations with our Insurance company and kept us well informed throughout. We are very pleased with our new roof.

  To be honest at first I was sketchy on these guys but we ended up very Happy with the outcome from Metro Hail - From start to finish we couldn't fault the team. Rowan, Courtney and Dylan did all the heavy lifting and now we have a brand new roof and gutters..
