John helped me manage it manually until I could afford to replace the system. They are not interested in just taking your money, they want your pool looked after properly.

Had to replace our bore pump and it was so easy to deal with Shenton Pumps. The guys who came out Steve and his assistant were fantastic. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to get our new bore replaced without delay.

Amazing service - I always buy my pumps from here (yes they don't last forever but the staff here are amazing with customer service and looking after your pumps) Recently I had a minor warranty issue with a pump - I took the pump in and the seal was replaced while I waited. Perfectly quiet pump now. Was not expecting same day service but service could not be any better than that! In these times of internet pricing these guys are very competitive and with the extra value of great local service I will never ever go anywhere else. 10/10 guys thanks!
